In the event of a particular colour or variation not being available we will make every attempt to find a suitable alternative.

FULFILMENT

Due to the nature of our business ( DROP SELLING MODEL ), stock availability cannot be guaranteed. We do not carry stock and all orders and subject to out suppliers stock availability and shipping contraints.  Payment is taken from your credit card at the time you place the order. Once you have placed an order with the twisted Pig Store an email will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has been sourced and dispatched. It is important that you give us a valid email address so you can receive these emails.

The TWISTED PIG Store reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our absolute discretion. Whilst we try to ensure that such prices are accurate, the Twisted Pig Store reserves the right to correct the prices if we discover an error. In this event, you will be entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price.

Cancellation of orders, given the nature of electronic commerce, is not possible online, if you would wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched please contact us at in**@***********co.uk  or use or the contact form. If you are unhappy with your goods once they have arrived you are entitled to return them within 7 days of receipt ,  for a refund or replacement unless made to order or intimate in nature. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order. Returned goods MUST be in original packing, and not worn or used.

NB: FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENE REASONS ANAL TOYS, COCK RINGS AND OTHER SUCH INTIMATE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

We accept payments from Visa, and MasterCard. For your security, all our credit/debit card transactions are secure .No one else, including us, has access to your credit/debit card details. .Payments are processed by PAYNT / PAYPAL or NOCHEX .  They ensure that any card details sent by you are encrypted and held securely.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

IMPORTANT – Please ensure that you write your order number on the returns form which is emailed to on request of a return. Without this we will not know who has returned the item and it cannot be processed. Your completed returns form must then be affixed to the front of the parcel of the goods to the address provided. We would suggest that you keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us regarding your return. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required.Refunds will be made within 30 days .

Custom and made to order gear (including furniture and rubber) and intimate items cannot be returned unless faulty. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. Faulty items are dealt with individually and you will usually be entitled to refund of your returns postage. Goods are guaranteed for 7 days against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected and agreed by the Twisted Pig Store as faulty. In certain circumstances it may be necessary to send the item to the manufacturer, before we can accept them as faulty. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a repair, replacement, exchange or refund. Custom and made to order latex and furniture are custom made to the order and cannot be returned unless faulty.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England OR the jurisdiction in which you are resident or domiciled (at the TWISTED PIG Store’s election) shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and the TwistedPig Store, without regard to any choice of law provisions or private international law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, UK, for any and all disputes relating to the Terms of Service, use of this web site or any Linked site in the event that the TWISTEDPIG Store have elected England as the jurisdiction.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and the TWISTEDPIG Store. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of TP PRODUCTS Ltd

None of the above affects your statutory rights under English Law.

CANCELLING AN ORDER UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

If you reside within the EU, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel your order.

We will accept confirmation of order cancellation via email to in**@***********co.uk or our contact form if your order is submitting and yet to be dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, you must email us before returning the goods to gain returns authorisation. You must include your order number, name and billing address in this email.

We will cancel and refund the order including original postage costs as long as the whole order is returned. You will be refunded within 30 days. We cannot accept cancellation of an order if the goods have been made to order such as rubber and furniture or are intimate in nature such as anal toys etc.  We will endeavour to mark these items as made to order where possible.

We strongly recommend recorded or signed for delivery so the parcel is insured and trackable as all goods are the customer’s responsibility until they have reached the ONLINESERVICES LTD  Returns office. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your care and they will be returned at the customers cost. All goods must be returned within 7 days of the requested cancellation. After this point your original postage will not be refunded.

All goods should be returned with their original labels and packaging in appropriate wrapping for transit. We will not accept goods returned with postage labels attached to the products or the product packaging for example, shoe boxes. If you do not ensure reasonable care and goods are returned damaged, we may claim against you for breach of this statutory right.

If you fail to return the goods following your cancellation request we may send a courier to you at your expense to collect the goods. This cost will be deducted from your total refund. If you still fail to return goods we can charge you the direct cost of recovery and may claim against you for breach of your statutory duty.

All letters and parcels should be returned to the TP returns Store, the full address is displayed below. We will not accept returns sent to any other address.
